Notes

The 4518 counts from 0 to 9. The 4520 is identical but counts from 0 to 15.
Either nCP0 or nCP1 may be used as the clock input; the other can be used as a clock enable input.
If nCP1 is high, the counter advances on a low-to-high transition of nCP0.
If nCP0 is low, the counter advances on a high-to-low transition of nCP1.
